What kinds of materials are the banners made of?

  • We offer banner signs in semi-gloss photo paper for indoor use, and heavy duty vinyl with grommets for outdoor use.

What colors do you have available?

  • Your banner base material will be white. Special base colors can arranged by contacting us in advance. Printed ink colors are only limited by your imagination. Our printing processes are RGB based which are similar to the same type of colors you see on your computer monitor

Will the printed product look exactly like the design proof displayed on my monitor?

  • Our printing process uses RGB colors just like your computer monitor. However, remember that all computer monitors are calibrated differently. What appears as a one color on one monitor, may appear slightly different on another. Also printed colors are actually physical printed ink, as opposed to colors based on light emitted from your monitor. Therefore it is reasonable to expect that printed colors may not always completely match the colors displayed on your monitor. Using the printer color number as you mouse over font colors and matching it to a Printer Color Book is extremely helpful if you are seeking an exact professional match. This is what graphic designers do to insure color precision. Printer Color Books are available from art supply stores such as: Dick Blick.com or Amazon.com However they are an investment in terms of cost. Therefore we recommend purchasing one only if you feel absolutely that you need exact color matching. Users who must match stringent corporate identity standard colors for logos may find this necessary.

How durable are the banners?

  • Our ink is UV resistant for up to 3 years.
  • Our vinyl material is outdoor durable for 3-5 years.

Do the banners come with holes so I can hang them?

  • Vinyl banner signs come with metal grommet holes.

Placing An Order

How do I know that you received my order?

  • Once you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It will be sent to the email address you put in on the shipping, billing screen. The email will serve as your receipt. It will also contain a link to check on your order status.

I didn't receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

  • Sometimes email filters may put your order confirmation directly into your spam or junk mail folder. Check there first.

  • If you have still not received an email from us, it is possible your email provider may be blocking unknown domains as a way to stop spam. As more and more spam proliferates, sometimes important email is also mistakenly blocked. If you are still not getting your confirmation email go to www.qualitysignsfast.com. On the first page click, order status. It will ask you to log in. After you log in you will see your order status.

Oops! I need to make a correction, but I've already submitted my order!

  • Because we work very quickly, production staff will receive your order and begin working on it immediately upon submission. So you can see it is very difficult to make corrections or changes to the design submitted for printing.

  • However, if you have just placed your order, and want to check if changing it is possible; please contact customer service immediately via 1-800-445-7405, 10:00-6:00 pm Eastern Time Zone.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • When orders has been submitted we do begin printing processes immediately.  You will need to contact customer service via 1-800-445-7405, 10:00-6:00 pm Eastern Time as soon as you can to see if it is indeed possible to cancel your order.

Customizing Your Banner

What photographs reproduce well?

  • If you're using a photograph, then you should use make sure you are submit a photo the exact physical size as you want to have it on your banner. High resolution .JPG image of at least 300 dpi are preferable, but images as low as 72 dpi print acceptably. Obviously you will want the best quality image print possible. When uploading your photograph you will see a direct size representation on the banner. If the picture appears tiny, it means your resolution or physical size of your original is just too small. Remember you are printing a very large banner.

  • Whatever quality of image you put in is the quality that will come out. Therefore if you are seeing a tiny image, you need to get a higher resolution picture and/or physically size your original to whatever size you are intending for the banner. For uploading images use highest quality image with a file size less than 4 Megabytes (4 MB). If your file size is larger than 4 MB, you may need to submit your image via FTP. What kind of image should I use for a logo or line art?

  • Logos or line art should be in .EMF, .WMF or .EPS format. Those are called vector formatted files. Vector images scale up to a very large or small size without distortion. Again, try to find the highest quality image with a file size less than 4 Megabytes (4 Mb). We also accept .GIFS. We have found .EPS files to print exceptionally well, and generally are low file size.

Where can I get a high quality image for my banner?

  • Clip Art:  QualitySignsFast.com provides a library of over 30,000 clip art images to choose from.  If you need a special image or photo you just can't find, here's a suggestion.  Use a search engine and search for royalty free photos, or royalty free clipart.  Clipart.com also offers a large assortment of graphics.

    Logo: If you need to print a logo for your company,  contact the person who created the original design, or your company's marketing department.   They should be able to provide you a copy of the file in digital format.  Remember the file for logos are best in .EPS, .EMF, .WMF, format.  Logos and .JPG images do not need to be in CYMK format. This therefore keeps your overall file size small.  We use RGB printing processes in order to create your custom banner.

How can I tell if my photo is good enough?

  • One way to immediately tell is this:  When you upload your photo the size in the mockup banner is exactly the same size of what your original is. For example, if you want your photo to appear as a 1' x 1' block on your banner, your original size needs to be 1' x 1' .  It need not be 300 dpi.  72 DPI is still acceptable for a banner.  This way you can still meet the 4 MB file maximum file size.
     
  • On upload, if your image appears tiny you need to upload a higher resolution photo, or one thatis dimensioned at a larger physical size.  This can be accomplished through Photoshop, or any image manipulation software.  Trying to turn a low resolution or small picture into a largerone simply by increasing the size, will just make it more blurry.  Your original file must be large enough to fit the size you need on the banner.

When can I get my order?  (The following estimates do not include shipping time.)

  • Most orders are processed and shipped out of our facilities within 2 business days. You will receive your signs according to the shipping time you choose and the distance you are from Sarasota, Florida.  See our shipping info chart to help you estimate ground shipping time from our printing facility.

  • Check your order status by logging into the www.qualitysignsfast.com, and clicking on "My order".

  • Some orders may take longer than 2 business days to process due to errors in design or large quantity.

  • Actual shipment and delivery times may vary depending on weight, quantity, delivery method, destination or availability of resources.

Can I request a rush on my order?

  • We offer several shipping options to accommodate urgent orders. You may select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

How do I track my order?

  • You may check the status of your order by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email.

Billing and Account Information

May I use a credit card with someone else’s name?

  • No for security, the billing address entered on the site must match the address on file for the credit card used.

What types of payment do you accept?

  • Currently we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover Card.

What is your refund policy?

  • All returns because of defects must be shipped back to: QualitySignsFast.com within 24 hours of receipt.

    Items must be in NEW condition, complete and in original packaging. Include original packing list, your name and address, phone number, email address and reason for return.
